We came during dinner time without a reservation and it was PACKED! The hosts were very kind and checked several time if there was an available table for us since we really did not want bar seats, but it was the only ones available. I enjoyed bar seating for the ambiance but my mom gets kind of uncomfortable since there are bartenders and servers looking at us eat in front of our faces. We ordered the beef carpaccio and it was DELICIOUS! We thought it was the perfect appetizer with the xoi chien. For main, we ordered the garlic shrimp noodles and beef tongue fried rice. My favorite was the noodles! The garlicky sauce melts in with the noodles and the shrimp was so fresh and delicious.

We had the most amazing experience. Honestly, the service was great and it made the food taste that much better. It's that's comfortable feeling where you know your server is going to take care of you. Right off the bat David had such good energy and a good vibe. Right away he got our drink order and recommended some appetizers. We had the ceviche it's made fresh so we were able to get it without shrimp since one person at our table isn't a fan of shrimp. David said no problem we can adjust it to your liking and it was great had a tom kha flavor to it. Also he brought out extra chips which was very nice of him paying attention to detail since we ate up all the first batch. We couldn't help it! We also had the chicken wings "burst of flavor" super addicting sauce we wanted to order another round lol! Another banger was the beef carpaccio! Man this was my absolute favorite! I've been to a couple boujee restaurants and this carpaccio beats them all by far! Comes with perfectly toasted garlic chips, finely sliced beef and freshly garnished mix of mint cilantro it just balanced everything out on your taste buds. Main dishes the pork tomahawk, perfectly cooked and very juicy! We ordered the wraps and garlic noodles which was a huge portion considering it was an add on, I was expecting it to be small but it was enough for 3 people to share! I've ordered something similar at little sister at Irvine spectrum and it was so dry, this one here at NEP had so much flavor and a perfect crisp on the outer layer deeeeelish!! My least fav but not bad at all was the shaken beef, it wasn't something I could say stood out to me it was pretty basic. Beef and onions floating in a little bath of beef broth. I did pour some over my rice which was meh.. hehehe Oh man the desserts! We went ham and were able to try all 3! Mango sicky rice great! Tiramisu awesome for coffee lovers and my number one pick the bread pudding omg yummmm!! Trust even if your tummy is full, dont leave without enjoying the bread pudding! Thank me later!! Wanted to thank Dylan the manager for checking in on us also and training his staff to provide the best service! The vibe was pretty awesome here! I can't wait to come back and try brunch!

Actually hands down one of my favorite restaurants of all time. Everything hits - nothing misses. We came here twice and ordered different things and I think I finally decided the must orders: - Crab Toast - Sizzling Beef Belly - Shrimp Garlic Noodles - Sticky Rice - Egg Coffee - Avocado Coffee - Crème Brûlée Coffee Amazing that you can reserve now because before you can't!

Really packed cafe! You need reservations. The food was good, I'd never had Vietnamese food before. The lattes were interesting combinations. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because our food came out so sporadically and we waited a really long time for it. Waiting the first 20 minutes for our entrees was fine and expected, with it being so busy. But after 25 only one of them came out. We don't like to eat without everyone having their food out of respect, but also ready to go hot food is a lot better to eat than food that's been sitting for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes we still didn't get the other two entrees, we asked the waiter. He said sorry and they would be out soon. Another 5 minutes and a 2nd entree came out, but still not all. 10 minutes after that was when the noodle dish came (is it really 40 minutes to make noodles?! The filet mignon came out before that!). We had to start eating each dish after waiting because we wanted to taste the food while it was still hot. It put a damper on the experience.

Had A Reservation, we didn't wait long a all. Got greeted very quickly and our serve came to our table in minutes. Now mind you this establishment was super busy at 12:45 on a Sunday. We order a few things To start Tea . Our serve ugh I didn't get her name ,but I got the name.of her tattoo artist. Was very approachable, pleasant and knowledgeable about the food. She was very attentive. Everything we had a I recommend. I'll be back..

Came here twice this past year and loved it here. Hubby and I were initially resistant to "elevated" Vietnamese food, since we are used to the more hole in the wall type of places back in Westminster. However, we decided to give Nep a try on our special occasion. We made reservations both times and were seated promptly upon arrival. Ambiance here is good. The restaurant is beautiful and spacious. Only complaint we have is the noise and the loud EDM. It's hard to talk over it during both meals. As for the food, the banh mi chao, brussel sprouts, fries, popcorn chicken, and beef tongue fried rice are the winning dishes! These dishes have the best flavor and tastes SO good. Our least favorite dish is the Vietnamese chicken salad (goi ga). The creamy mayo dressing threw us off, since we're used to ginger fish sauce in our traditional Vietnamese chicken salad. The coffees from here are our favorite. Their egg coffee is the BEST. The Tiramisu coffee comes in a close second. We each got a 2nd cup of egg coffee togo because its just that good. Overall great time here at Nep. We love this location and definitely see ourselves coming back. Parking here sucks on the weekends, so be prepared to park far and walk over!

I LOVE KEI CONCEPTS! I'd like to extend my thanks to their expertise and dedication, and to my boyfriend for always treating me out :3 Food: Ok now that I have gotten that obvious fact out of the way, on to my food reviews. Everything I ordered here was pure magic. Crab toast was amazing mixed with soft milky scrambled eggs. Seafood ceviche was so fresh and the sauce had a slight spicy kick to it. Juicy tender filet mignon sizzling skillet combined with their warm pillowy bread, ugh absolute perfection, I realized it doesn't take too much to keep me happy. I enjoyed their tropical sangria, but I will likely try something else next time. Price: How do they consistently make fantastic food at this affordable pricing?! Appetizers ranged $9-16, rice and noodles ranged $14-19, sizzling plate ranged $16-24. This is why the wait is so long haha. Service: Great without any issues, our waitress Yuki was very welcoming and made good recommendations, which we ended up enjoying very much. Ambiance: Interior was very nicely decorated, big bar area to the right, lots of seating all around. Very clean, and fitting for a nice brunch or dinner date, also saw many families as well as friends hanging out over delicious food. Parking: large parking lot associated with the restaurant, may need to park slightly farther away if the place is busy, but we had no issues finding an available spot.
